The SEAS GLOBAL INSTITUTE, is the brain child of Mrs Reena Prakash Tyagi, the Founder & Chairperson. It was conceptualized after a lot of brainstorming and discussions with our core team, The "SEAS GLOBAL INSTITUTE", the 1st Virtual School, of our country, that is 100% Virtual and has its corporate office in the beautiful Doon Valley, in the State of Uttarakhand., was inaugurated on 17/10/2020, by our then CM Shri Trivendra Singh Rawat Ji. We have students from across the country and teachers from within the country and abroad as well. We are an institution that has implemented NEP 2020, from Day 1.

Students Wellbeing

We recognise the importance of meeting the unique learning needs of every child by providing a safe, supportive and respectful environment. Through individualised attention that appreciates a child’s learning styles and differing abilities, by helping him/her cope up with emotional challenges and by providing them guidance to select higher education pathways, we work for their well-being, within the school and beyond. Our Student Progress Manager Team, comprising five qualified, trained and passionate Teachers, who work with Grade Mentors and parents to provide appropriate support, enabling students to excel in their studies. Wherever required, our in house therapists and educational psychologists help in evaluating or addressing student needs. Students are supported so they are able to cope with academic demands and challenges, and manage them in constructive and creative ways. At SGI we place emphasis on helping students develop essential life skills so they are better prepared for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences throughout their life. All students engage in an actively planned life skills programme.


Holistic Development

A holistic approach to teaching and learning is important for the physical, emotional, intellectual creative, spiritual and social well-being of children, and to develop them as well-rounded individuals. At SGI, we lay emphasis on experiential and exploratory methods of learning, well beyond the confined walls of the classroom, as well as espouse the appreciation and practice of our school’s values and attributes. We constantly ensure that holistic approaches to teaching and learning are achieved in multiple ways - ongoing review of curricula, introduction of new subjects, and the breadth of health & wellness activities along with co-curricular activities. In the classroom, students present their work by way of presentations, role plays, small skits and impromptu debates. The students have many activities that are conducted during the day once the academic classes are over such as theatre, drama, photography, art & craft, calligraphy, creative writing, Paper Art, music, robotics, taekwondo, and many more.
